{"id":80,"date":"2015-08-28T07:00:19","date_gmt":"2015-08-28T07:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.ciclosboyer.com\/?p=80"},"modified":"2015-12-11T17:08:03","modified_gmt":"2015-12-11T17:08:03","slug":"magdalenas-caseras-avena-chocolate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blog.ciclosboyer.com\/?p=80","title":{"rendered":"MAGDALENAS CASERAS AVENA CHOCOLATE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Directamente de Londres, nuestra amiga Mar\u00eda Falc\u00f3 nos env\u00eda una deliciosa receta que ha elaborado con nuestra harina de avena para hacer magdalenas caseras\u00a0de chocolate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ingredientes son:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 yogurt desnatado sabor lim\u00f3n (el sabor puede variar seg\u00fan los gustos)<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra \u00a0(utilizad el vasito de yogurt para tomar la medida: 1 vasito)<\/li>\n<li>Az\u00facar moreno (2 vasitos, sin llenar hasta arriba)<\/li>\n<li>Harina de trigo (1 vasito)<\/li>\n<li>Harina de avena sabor chocolate (2 vasitos) &#8211; la puedes conseguir en nuestras tiendas<\/li>\n<li>1 sobre de gaseosa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se pone todo en un recipiente y se mezcla hasta que quede una textura uniforme. Se vierte la mezcla en los papelitos especiales para magdalenas o bien en una bandeja (si se prefiere en forma de bizcocho e ir cortando a tiras a modo barrita energ\u00e9tica antes de tus entrenamientos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pre calentamos el horno a 180\u00ba e introducimos las magdalenas durante 35 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s dejamos enfriar y ya tenemos nuestro aporte energ\u00e9tico casero.
